Take State!

So we head up to Salt Lake this afternoon, its such a weird feeling because win or lose the season is over. Its been a fun year. I can not imagine the nerves of the coaches and players but they are so focused and ready. So with all the predictions and newspaper articles positive and negative none of that matters now it all gets worked out on the field tomorrow. Go Tigers you boys deserve this you are a class act!

Coaches Go Black

A few weeks ago the players all dyed their hair black, the coaches told them that if they made it to state they would too. So last night they kept their promise.

Boys Finally!

More Family Fun

Kaleigh Girl! She is at such a fun age.

Family Time

Its been pretty hectic at the Gardner's Torrie finishing up her drivers ed class, Kyndall wraping up Volleybal with a second place win for her 7th grade team, and Hurricane High Football going into second round playoff game this Friday against Judge Memorial. We had a wonderful visit in Provo with all the new babies and with Megan home for a visit all the grandchildren in one place, was so fun.

Friday Night Lights

If you wonder where we are during the fall season on a Friday Night, you will find us at a Tiger Football Game. Tonight we take on a big rival (a rival for many reasons) Snow Canyon, you might think of Hurricane as a small town team but we have beat the Warriors before and hope to do it again tonight! Last Fridays game if any of you read in the paper was quoted by many people as "The best High School football game they had ever seen!" and it was a tension filled 2 1/2 hours that we came up short in over double time and lost, however no one can say that Hurricane Tigers did not show up to play or that they were out played by the Pine View Panthers. This is an amazing team full of great boys and coaches.

Jaydenn is a big sister!

Joseph Trason Gardner was born on Sept. 19th
I am so excited for Ryann and Jaydenn to have a great addition and finally we are getting some boys in this family! The second picture was just about 10 minutes after he was born, I think he is just adorable with his little round face. Shereen sent me a text saying that we had a baby coming that night I told her to tell Ryann to PUSH!! about 20 minutes later my phone rings and its Ryann, I answered it and she said "he's here!" Wow she must have really pushed becuase that was fast. The first picture is of him today snoozing away.

Football is in the air!

Here we are already 4 games into the pre-season and things are going very well for the Tigers 4 and 0!

Kyndall made the 7th grade volleyball team and has straight A's! We took her to get new volleyball shoes and I decided to measure her feet 9 1/2! (shh she'll kill me if she new I posted that) I really hope she grows into them!

Brad did very well in his Century ride last month with a ride time of 5 1/2 hours a finish time of just about 7 hours, they are already planning another one.

Cari and I are going to train for another Half Marathon in November, the only thing in our way is if the football team goes to state playoff's and in that case we wont be disappointed to not do it.

Torrie is 2 months away from a drivers license! She is also doing very well in school with all A's and enjoying the social life of a sophomore.

I promise to post pictures soon of all our happenings.

Torrie Is at EFY this week with her best friend Kayla and having a blast! She took my camera with her so I can not post any pictures but I promise to update the blog with some new stuff when she gets back.

We are still here!

WOW its been a while, we have been really busy with the girls and their sports and the end of year stuff Torrie is so excited to FINALLY be out of the middle school and in to the High School next year, I dont think she has had a spare minute on her social calendar since school ended she is always going. My hard drive crashed on my computer and I lost ALL my pictures! I know makes you sick huh? Luckily I still had some really important ones on my camera and I really learned my lesson I will now make sure I back up and get my pictures off my computer often. Everything else is great here just going to enjoy the weather until its way too hot here in Southern Utah.

We have had a blast snowmobiling with friends this winter and decided its time to get another machine so we can all actually ride, I had been using this one of a friends who we go with alot and they were going to sell it so we jumped on it its a really nice and very well kept machine! Now we just need a little more snow so I can ride it at least once until I have to look at it in the garage all summer.

Warning "Hottie" on a bike

Brad is going to kill me for this one, but he doesnt look at my blog any way. Brad bought a cycling bike a few months ago and has been really enjoying it he does not have the fancy riding outfits yet but I am sure those will come. He rides almost everyday now that the weather is nicer with some friends and hopes to do a Century ride (100 miles) this summer. Oh and he was mad I was taking his picture so he was trying to leave and I got the back side of him.
